Cedric Singha is Co-Founder, Chief Financial Officer, and Managing Partner of Oak & Orange FLA LLC. With over 11 years of accounting, payroll, and financial operations experience, he brings corporate-level financial discipline to small businesses in underserved markets.

Cedric began his career supporting multi-location corporate operations, partnering with executive leadership to improve margins, optimize labor efficiency, strengthen cost controls, and protect cash flow. This experience shaped his ability to align strategic financial planning with real-world operational demands.

As CFO, Cedric leads financial strategy, client advisory services, tax compliance oversight, and capital-readiness consulting. He works directly with business owners to implement structured financial systems that improve sustainability and long-term growth.
