Cedric is the Founder and Managing Partner, bringing over 11 years of accounting, financial, and payroll management experience, supported by a Bachelor’s degree in Business. He began his career in corporate America, where he worked in financial operations for a large multi-location restaurant chain, supporting not just individual locations but entire regions.

In this role, Cedric partnered directly with executive leadership to refine profit margins, strengthen cost controls, and optimize labor, payroll efficiency, and overhead across multi-location operations. By identifying underperforming units and realigning financial strategy at the regional level, he helped protect cash flow while positioning businesses for sustained, long-term growth—developing a rare ability to balance high-level financial vision with the realities of day-to-day operations.

Today, Cedric brings this same level of strategic insight to local businesses and independent contractors, offering the structure, clarity, and financial leadership typically reserved for large corporations.
